We have experienced a great improvement to the local property market and lots of properties came onto the market and many were sold and let, quite quickly. The rental market continues to be active and we have noticed over the last few months that rents have increased and we are achieving very good figures. It's not unusual for a property to be let within a week. Due to this success we require more properties to satisfy a large and growing list of quality potential tenants. We offer very competitive letting fees and manage all our lettings in house to offer the very best service to our landlords and tenants.
