I can thoroughly recommend Howland’s in Bagshot. As a long term ex-pat who owns ‘buy to let’ properties I am always at the mercy of the agent’s integrity. Several other agents tried hard to push me to sell at lower prices, just to get the deal in their books quickly, but Allan Howland offered a far more knowledge based and client orientated approach. We marketed and subsequently sold the property at considerably more than other agents had suggested was possible and throughout the process I always felt that his tactical suggestions were made firmly with my interests in mind.
